Multi-field festival in the ancient theatres

Within 10 years, the Nuits de Fourvière have become a quality stage among international music festivals : a must see event of the estival cultural scene.

Each summer, for two months, the nights of Fourvière multi-field programming, at the same time demanding and popular proposes to you: theatre, dance, musics and cinema.

" Sous les arbres ", installed for the first time in the Parc de la Tête d’Or (6è arrdt), takes the continuation of "Quai des guinguettes", radically modifying the orientation of this popular estival ambulation: theatre, dance, musics and cinema..
It is a question this summer of accomodating associations and animations having concerns of durable development and steps citizen.
"Under the trees" will consist of an associative village with spectacles of street, plays for children, of the music and the dance, of the cinema in the open air, a space picnic, boats on the lake...

If you're one of the "fêtards" which, as soon as November arrives, think only of tasting the new vintage of New Beaujolais wine, you will be charmed! In all the bars and pubs of France the New Beaujolais wine 2006 will celebrate its arrival until late in the night. It is the occasion dreamed to taste this new vintage and to find themselves around a drink.

The festival of the Lights is single in the world : Each 8 December proceeds the most important traditional and popular demonstration in the Lyon area. The inhabitants have the lampions on their balconies and to their windows then go down to walk in the city then set ablaze of thousands of candle ends and animated by original spectacles in the whole of the districts.
